During these hard times we must learn to pull together as a human race of one.

You may not like the fact that your taxes go up to pay for the amount of debt that we now have, or that you may have to take one less day of work so another person can have a job at all, or give up some vacation pay so another might have a job. 

For the people who have an income coming in, you must be willing to give. This is no time to be selfish out of fear.

For the people who do not have work, there are plenty of services that have been cut and need volunteers to keep things running: the parks that are closing down, the jails that are closing down, people to answer phones in offices, Seniors who need a ride to the store, farms that need helpers.

For the folks who still have their homes, and spare room, share your space with someone who does not have a place to live. Families must pull together and help one another.

 The world financial system is bankrupt and has been for a very long time.  There must be a system to regulate how big banks and wall street do business.

Some of you are making a lot of money on foreclosed properties. Stop it! You are making the situation worse.

The United States is losing its middle class.  Without the middle class, there is nowhere for the poor to aspire to. Without the middle class, the banks and financial institutions cannot thrive and the small business owner will not make it. It is not the very rich that made the United States a wealthy nation-It has been the middle class feeding the rich and this nation.

The only way to get our voices heard again in the United States is to throw out the electoral college and go back to the majority rule system.
