We are not a sport-oriented martial art. The practice and focus is on Iron Skin and Soul improvement.

Radiant Energy Meditative Martial Arts first acknowledges that to be safe in Meditation one has to be able to defend against attack. This is an old way and not the easy way.  Your biggest adversary can be yourself, so in this art you learn how to break down your barriers in order to grow Spiritually, Mentally, and physically.  Your body is your Temple, so chemicals such as drugs or alcohol are not allowed, while eating right helps keep muscles strong and supple. Your Mind is your control panel, so learning meditation teaches you to control your mind and emotions.

Your Soul is your connection to the Creator, so as you learn to Love yourself and others, others begin to love you, and that brings you into unity with the Creator.

Once you begin the practice you will learn...You can do anything you set your mind to. Things you once thought were impossible, you will find you can accomplish.
